Summer officially arrived on the calendar, but my crafting room got a head start with the Life is Sweet Paper Pumpkin kit! Stampin’ Up! totally nailed it with the theme this month. Between the cheerful pastels, the sparkly accents, and those ridiculously adorable fruit cutouts, it’s like sunshine exploded in a box. I had to crack it open right away and get creative (spoiler alert: it involved more than just cards!).

Naturally, I couldn’t resist whipping out this kit on my YouTube channel yesterday. I always like to create at least one set of cards following the original design, and this time was no different. During the live stream, I walked viewers through the entire assembly process.

But wait, there’s more! This kit’s potential goes beyond just adorable cards. I’m also planning to create scrapbook layouts using only the kit supplies (plus some basic cardstock for the layout base). Depending on how I break down the materials, I can typically get 2-4 layouts out of a Paper Pumpkin kit.
